Collector Office is a private practice handling the acquisition, sale, and storage of collectible motorcars. We work directly with private owners and dealerships across the UK and continental Europe — including Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Monaco — with active clients further afield in the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
A lot of the cars we deal with move privately between people who already know the market. Our job is to find the right car for a buyer, or the right buyer for a car — quickly, quietly, and on the right terms.
We don't represent any manufacturer or dealer group, so there's no pressure to push a particular brand or stock list. Every transaction is treated as confidential — we don't publish client names or what we've sold.
Looking for a specific car? We'll find it. We source through private owners, trusted dealer contacts, and — when it makes sense — the principal auction houses. Before any deal closes, we arrange an independent inspection and check the paperwork — service history, ownership records, accident history, the lot. We handle the negotiation and the transfer on your behalf, with all costs agreed upfront.
We sell on behalf of clients to a vetted network of collectors and trade contacts — buyers who understand the cars they're acquiring and know what they're worth. The approach and timing are agreed with you at the outset, and the process is handled end-to-end. Most sales close within weeks, at the right number, and without disruption to you.
We arrange climate-controlled storage at trusted facilities throughout the UK and continental Europe. That includes regular condition checks, scheduled servicing, and moving the car when needed — to a workshop, to a track, or to its next owner. Storage can be open-ended or for a fixed period, and we handle the day-to-day so you don't have to.
For dealerships needing to source or sell something outside their usual network — or in situations where a third party makes the deal cleaner — we step in as the intermediary. Standard trade terms apply, and we keep your name out of it where required.
